Conservatorship

We act in the best interest and manage the financial affairs of individuals who are unable to do so for themselves. We create a financial plan for each individual that includes an annual budget that takes into account their medical, housing, and personal needs. We collaborate with family members, medical professionals, attorneys, and other interested parties to act on our client’s best interests. We report to the court annually to ensure transparency and accountability.

By safeguarding their assets, budgeting and planning, and overseeing bill pay, investment and asset management, and insurance, we prioritize the financial well-being of the protected individual.

Financial Power of Attorney

Also known as general durable power of attorney, this legal document grants us the authority to manage the financial affairs of our clients, should they become ill, injured, or incapacitated. This contract can be tailored to grant as broad or narrow scope of authority as needed.

Trust Administration
(Trustee)

We administer your trust with loyalty, impartiality, and prudence, while maintaining accurate records, providing regular accountings as required by the trust, and supporting trust beneficiaries with clear and timely updates on trust administration.

Personal Representative
(Executor)

We honor our clients’ legacies by carrying out their final wishes, as outlined in their Last Will & Testament. We locate and protect all of our client’s assets, including bank and investment accounts, pension and retirement accounts, insurance policies, real estate, personal property, and business interests. After paying outstanding debts and expenses, filing tax returns, and filing necessary court documents, we distribute the remaining estate assets to the named beneficiaries in the Will.

Daily Money Manager

We provide peace of mind to our clients by assisting them with financial tasks and obligations such as paying bills, managing insurance policies and benefits, budgeting and monitoring cash flow, reconciling financial accounts and credit cards, and organizing financial and tax records. We monitor all accounts for signs of exploitation or fraud. By acting as a second set of eyes, we strive to aide individuals in maintaining their independence.

Fiduciary Consultant

We assist individuals in their fiduciary capacity by sharing first-hand knowledge and experience. We are also available to prepare court accountings.
